Meghan Del Prete
Meghan Del Prete began her ballet training with Darlene Myers in 1987. Growing up at Myers Ballet School, she developed a lasting love of dance and performance, with The Nutcracker holding a special place in her heart. Today, she continues that connection as a teacher, choreographer, and performer with Myers Ballet School and Northeast Ballet Company.
Meghan graduated from Skidmore College in 2002 with honors in Dance Performance & Choreography and Art. She brings a passion for both movement and creative expression to her teaching, and her choreography has been presented at SPAC’s Festival of Young Artists.
A certified Romana’s Pilates instructor since 2005 and Level 4 Teacher Trainer since 2012, Meghan founded Reform. A True Pilates Studio in Saratoga Springs, where she built a thriving community of clients and instructors. She also taught Pilates in Skidmore College’s Dance Department for ten years. Her extensive experience teaching movement informs her work with dancers, helping them develop strength, confidence, and greater understanding of their bodies.
As Assistant Artistic Director, Meghan is honored to support the company that helped shape her own artistic life. Working with the dancers of Myers Ballet School and Northeast Ballet remains one of the most meaningful parts of her week.
