Richard Gatta

Richard hails from Niskayuna, NY and began his ballet training as a youngster at Northeast Ballet Company, performing annually in the Nutcracker at Proctors Theater in Schenectady, NY.

Richard is a Creative Director and Producer with more than 15 years of experience creating live entertainment experiences for global brands and audiences around the world; Leading large-scale events across a variety of formats and working with clients including NBCUniversal, Blizzard Entertainment, and Disney Branded Television.

He currently serves as the Rehearsal Director for RWS Global, A Sports and Entertainment Company in New York City. Along the way, Richard has had the opportunity to work with an incredible roster of talent, including Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus, Reba McEntire, Jennifer Lopez, Hugh Jackman, Steve Martin, Nick Jonas, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Luis Fonsi, Grace Potter, and Jimmy Fallon.

Prior to creative directing, Richard served as a performer for various Broadway productions Including; BRIGHT STAR, DIANA the Musical, THE MUSIC MAN with Hugh Jackman, and NEW YORK NEW YORK.

Richard received a BS degree in Business and Economics with a concentration in Arts Management from Empire State College.
